Trouble Shooting the CoverSystem

Today when I was making the cover system I had a few problems with my action button. I wanted the button to enter and leave cover to be the same, this came with a few problems. When I pressed the button the leave cover, it immediately made me get back into cover. To fix this I had to make a few checks. here are the screenshots of my troubleshooting.
